The slab was poured today. The workers were out there until after 10pm finishing it off. Yikes. If you look at the 2nd picture you'll see they also added the conduit for the electric to come into the building.
Separately, the remainder of the fence was completed today. They did some creative work around the transformer.

Bahahaha...so that begs the question, whose transformer is it, yours or your neighbor's? Interesting solution to say the least.
Our house and our neighbor's house actually share this transformer, hence the reason it sits right on the property line. :-)
I forgot to mention that the section of fence where the transformer is can be easily removed if needed. It just lifts off.
